None of the state library of the world abroad possesses all three parts of this work. Even the authors of the famous РММ John Carter & Реrсу Н. Muir had no opportunity to describe this work. Indeed he deserved it. The authors of the fundamental work "Dictionary of scientific biography " (famous DSB) only casually have mentioned emerging of the 1-st part: т. XIII, New York, 1976, page 483, not because they did not respect our country, it happened simply because they did not have such an opportunity... What a greatest rarity!
